Fulbright-Nehru and other fellowship


Greetings from the United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF)!

Thank you for your interest in the Fulbright-Nehru and other fellowships administered by USIEF.

USIEF will hold a half-day mentoring workshop in Chennai on Thursday June 21, 2012 and in Bangalore on Friday June 29, 2012, on the procedures and guidelines for applying to the 2013-14 Fulbright-Nehru and other fellowships.
As you know, the deadline to apply for most categories of the Fulbright-Nehru and other fellowships is July 16, 2012. The workshops are for potential candidates preparing to apply for the fellowships this year. The workshops will have presentations by USIEF staff and Fulbright alumni on the application process, elements of a strong application (eg: a good research proposal or personal statement) and getting effective letters of recommendation.
