New practice guideline on ‘Occupational therapy for adults undergoing total hip replacement’

The College of Occupational Therapists (COT) in the UK is pleased to announce the forthcoming launch of a new practice guideline on Occupational therapy for adults undergoing total hip replacement, which will be free to download from the COT website from 14th November 2012 (www.cot.co.uk). This is the UK’s first formal, evidence-based publication with recommendations to guide occupational therapists working in this specialty. Organizations outside the UK will find this a useful insight into the role and expectations of occupational therapists in this field throughout the UK.
