Monthly Salary	INR 12,000-25,000
Annual increment	10%
Minimum qualification required	Graduation from a recognised University
Tenure	3 years, subject to satisfactory performance. The tenure may be extended, if mutually acceptable.
Notice Period	1 month
Training Fees (can be paid upfront or as a security cheque that will be returned after 3 years of service)	INR 30,000
Working hours (excluding breaks)	9 hours
Leave eligibility	As per national norms
Allowances	Monthly performance based incentives, accommodation and transport allowance, Gratuity, ESI / Health Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance, where applicable.
Optional home visits (provided by RECOUP) outside working hours	50% of therapy charges
Professional Qualifications	Certification from EPM International Ergonomics School (Italy) in Revised NIOSH Lifting  Equation and OCRA (Gold Standard Ergonomics Assessment tools) will be offered to therapists who work for at least 3 years.

The following criteria will be used for deciding the salary offer:

·         MOT or higher qualifications.

·         Possessing two-wheeler/car, a valid driving license and ability/willingness to travel.

·         Published research or conference presentations in Ergonomics or Neuromusculoskeletal Rehabilitation.

·         Experience of treating children with developmental disabilities, especially cerebral palsy.

·         Verbal and written communication skills in English and overall personality.

·         Working knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu or Tamil.

·         Knowledge of standard office computer software.

·         Professionalism, etiquette and efficiency shown during the interview process. Candidates who do not promptly answer phone calls, SMS or emails will be automatically rejected and black listed. 

·         Ability to join at short notice.
