Rules and Regulation
I. Audio Visual Presentation Competition
1. Numbers of entries from each college : 3
2. Numbers of participants : 2
3. Theme revolving around core concept of occupational therapy.
4. Time limit maximum 5 min.
5. Participants: UG, PG, DROT, Interns, and Staff.
6. It should be self explanatory (participant would not be allowed to speak)
7. The presentation should be complied in a CD in window 93-2007 compatible format
8. No pen drives shall be allowed.
9. The topic should not evoke any controversy or hurt professional sentiments or violate professional ethics.
10. CD’s should be named with the topic and the participants with college name.
11. No identity should be revealed of the person / college/ department in any form in the presentation.
12. Decision of the judges will be final.
13. If the presentation wins an award it shall be presented on 14th November 09.
II. Poster Painting and T Shirt Painting
1. Numbers of entries from each college : 3
2. Numbers of participants : 2
3. It should be self explanatory.
4. Time limit : 1 hour
5. Materials will be provided.
6. Outside materials shall not be allowed.
7. Decision of the judges will be final.
8. All posters / T- shirts shall be put for exhibition.
III. Quiz
1. Numbers of entries from each college: 1
2. Numbers of participants: 4 (UG, PG, DROT, Interns, and Staff)
3. Only one staff can participate in each group.
Late date of entries for all events: 9th November 09.

Time: 9 am – 12 noon.
Venue: J.M.L.T. Hall GSMC & KEM Hospital
