application fee in favour of Director, Medical Education & Research,
Haryana Panchkula payable at Panchkula.
How to apply: Eligible candidates have to download application form from
the website www.haryanahealth.nic.in. Send filled application form along
with DD & photocopies of relevant documents by registered / speed post on
or before 22-11-2011 to the following address “Director, Medical Education
& Research, Haryana Bays No 55 – 58, Paryatan Bhawan, Sector-2, Panchkula,
Haryana”
Last date for the receipt of application: 22-11-2011 (for remote
areas: 29-11-2011)
