 Job Description / Responsibilities:

To conduct assessments for children with developmental disabilities and other associated conditions as per the procedures followed at Com DEALL (individual & group)

To develop individualized profile based intervention plans for children with developmental disabilities (both group & individual sessions)

Monthly documentation of intervention program (taken from child’s profile, intervention program, child’s responses and progress) as per the schedule followed at Com DEALL

Conduct demonstration therapy and document the same

To work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams

To share responsibilities with group members and be a proactive team member

Contribute to and participate in any other activity of the Com DEALL Trust

  

Desired profile of the candidate

Ø  Active Participation in the group work

Ø  Learning and listening skills

Ø  Desire to work for minimum 2 years

Level of designation (Managerial/Non Managerial): Non Managerial

Desired work experience (in complete years):

Minimum:  nil

Maximum: 3 to 5 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT)

Compensation Offered*

1. BOT: 6900-200-8100-250-9300-300-10500 Gross Rs.15,387/-                                                  

* Advance increments will be considered for those with suitable experience. Scales will be revised effective June 2014             

Location of posting:    BANGALORE (Mumbai, Ernakulam, Calicut, Gwalior, Chennai, Mangalore, will be considered if the candidate so desires).
