INCLUSIVE & SPECIAL EDUCATION
Board of Directors (BoD) of Indian Schools in Oman is an apex body of the 19 Indian schools in the Sultanate of Oman, with more than 35,000 students on rolls. The BoD is in the process of enhancing the facilities available for children with special needs in the Indian schools in Oman and hence requires qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions.
1. Occupational Therapists: 2 posts - Masters in Pediatric Occupational Therapy and 5 years work experience.
2. Sensory Integration Therapist: 1post – Bachelor of Occupational Therapy & Certification in
Sensory Integration and 5 years work experience.
Other Minimum Skills / Competencies:
• Knowledge of forming, supporting and implementing Individual Education Plan (IEP).
• Providing information and resources to families to support the developmental needs of their children and supporting families through transition arrangements.
The above positions carry attractive salary (currently tax free) and other perks like furnished accommodation, annual air passage up to home town, medical coverage, gratuity and subsidized education for children within the Indian School System in Sultanate of Oman.
